The BIG Three – Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux Wine Tasting
Friday, August 6 @ 4pm Clubhouse Library No other wine regions in the world are more well known, or have had a greater impact on shaping the rest of the world’s wine production and consumption, than Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux. During the course of this event we’ll discuss how geography, climate, politics, religion and war all played a part in shaping the wines produced in these three unique regions. Of course this won’t be all academic; we’ll taste through a flight of three wines from each region and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, prepared by Chef Bruce. $30 – pp++ For members and their guests only.
