Got a fixer-upper? Do yourself a favor and give Laurie a call. My dad’s house in Santa Fe needed a lot of work to get it ready for sale, but we live across the country and were not in a position to handle it ourselves. Laurie donned her project manager hat and saw to it that all the work was taken care of quickly and efficiently (and got it done for a fraction of what it would have cost had we made the arrangements ourselves). We had a winning offer within a week of the listing going live! When more repair work was needed after the inspection (and indeed, right up until the week of the closing), Laurie pulled out all the stops to get it done and ensure that we could close on time (including driving down to ABQ to pick up a part for a broken dishwasher). Within two months of signing the listing agreement with Laurie, the house was sold. Seriously, the woman is a miracle-worker. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
