We’re back!! And we really missed you! But it was time well spent. Your Clubhouse at Las Campanas has been buffed, painted and shampooed. Equipment has been refurbished and recalibrated, staff trainings conducted, and new menus have been created.
We think you are really going to enjoy your menus at Las Campanas. We started with some upgrades. We are now exclusively featuring Wild King Salmon in our salmon dishes, and our chicken is now organic and free-range. We’ve expanded our healthy salad options to include those topped with freshly grilled fish, chicken and shrimp. But don’t worry – we haven’t gone completely hale and hearty on you. The slowly Braised Buffalo Short Ribs with Sage Polenta is unctuous and rich, and our Coconut Panna Cotta is sublime. And traditionalists relax – Wednesday is still Comfort Food Night, and we still have the best Burger in Santa Fe – made even better with our new improved bun! We’ve got great new wines by the glass to complement everything – ask your favorite server for a taste!
A reminder – Tuesday is Valentine’s Day, so we’ve arranged a special evening just for you and your sweetheart. Victor Savor and his combo will be playing some awesome Latin music, and we’ve created a delightful Spanish cuisine inspired dinner for you. Las Campanas members make your reservations today. Seatings available anytime between 6:30-8:30 PM.
