Conde Nast Traveler announced today the results of its reader’s poll of favorite destinations, hotels and resorts. Santa Fe made the top three in the Favorite U.S. Cities to Visit category, after perennial winner San Francisco and Charleston, S.C. This is truly an honor for our fair City Different, though not a surprise. Despite the economy, tourist traffic is brisk due to an extended, unseasonably warm Fall and the 400th anniversary of this historic and charming city. Look for an uptick due to the positive publicity and the approach of Christmas season, always a favorite time for tourists and guest of locals.
