Unbelievable, but true !! We just received a loan commitment within 24 hours after submission from one of our lenders. AND, even the appraisal was waived – an 80% conforming loan. I have another lender who will accept appraisals done by another Appraisal Mgmt Co, if a loan needs to be transferred.
