Santa Fe Concorso 2012 at The Club at Las Campanas

From Jason Epstein, Diector of Golf At Las Campanas:

Las Campanas members, we are pleased to be hosting the 2012 Santa Fe Concorso this weekend at The Club at Las Campanas and wanted to take this opportunity to make sure you are aware of its impact on the facility. With potentially 2,000 people scheduled to attend, we have made a few necessary adjustments to the normal operation of The Club. The event and participating cars will be staged on the ninth hole on the Sunrise course, weather permitting. We are expecting over 100 vehicles with a total value in excess of $50 million. In addition, the “All Things Real Estate” radio show will be broadcasting live on Talk 1260 AM KTRC and streaming live video of the event on santafe.com.

The weekend itinerary is as follows:

Friday September 28th

Driver’s Forum, The Equestrian Center 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.

The set up of tents and washrooms on the edges of #9 Sunrise will be going on throughout the afternoon.  We expect minimal impact to play, but please note the hole will be marked for car staging during the week.

Saturday September 29th

The Clubhouse food and beverage operation will be open on their normal schedule.

Car staging on #9 Sunrise will be going on throughout the day.

12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Driver’s Luncheon in the Event Room

Please note:

The front nine holes on Sunrise will be closed.
Members are strongly encouraged to use the valet for parking on this day. There will be several areas of the parking lot blocked off due to car staging and trailer drop off.
Cart traffic will be rerouted away from the back of the clubhouse.

Sunday September 30th

The ticket sales, quality of cars, and enthusiasm for the event have surpassed expectations. If you have any questions or concerns you can email me at jepstein@clublc.com or call me directly at 505.995.3535.

We do have room for a handful of volunteers to assist us both on Saturday afternoon and throughout the day on Sunday. If you would like to help please let me know. Thank you in advance for your understanding, I hope to see many of you at the Concorso, if not sooner.

Best Wishes,
Jason Epstein, Director of Golf at Las Campanas
