Pop-Up Dinner: When Food Imitates Art
Location: Santa Fe Culinary Academy Pop-Up Dinners and Restaurants are unique, temporary, culinary events usually lasting 1-2 days. The SFCA hosts one-of-a-kind, one-night-only Pop-Up Dinners on the first Thursday of each month in our student restaurant,The Guesthouse. A prix fixe menu is offered at ＄45 per person. Seating between 6:15pm – 6:45pm.
Oscar Wilde wrote, “Life imitates art far more than art imitates life.” Since food is life, the SFCA chefs pay homage to some of their favorite artists through food in our latest Pop-Up Dinner.
