According to a survey, commissioned by BankRate.com, for the first time in three years, real estate is the best place in which investors want to place their money. 27% of the 1000 investors polled believe real estate is the “best investment”, followed by cash, then the stock market, and minor interest in bonds. Cash ranked #1 for the previous two years (2013-14). This IS good news !! Now is the time to reach out to those borrowers who expressed interest in buying in the past few years, but never stepped up to the plate. I will pre-qualify your borrowers to give assurance they are “willing and able” buyers – just give me a call, even after hours ! (P.S.
