Another awesome late afternoon in the Las Campanas kitchen cooking Cajun favorites from New Orleans! Mardi Gras themed food will be prepared by YOU, followed by a bountiful dinner and paired wines with your fellow students! Featured menu items to be prepared: Crab Remoulade Salad, Oysters Rockefeller, Crawfish Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Beignets. There are only 10 spots available for this themed cooking class.
