Irish tunes and tasty traditional Irish fare. Gerry Carthy and his band will take center stage in the Mixed Grill at Las Campanas, with a musical repertoire that includes dance tunes to old ballads to modern folk. Carthy plies his trade on an astounding number of instruments: tin whistle, fiddle, banjo, concertina, and guitars. Dinner Buffet includes corned beef & cabbage, shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash, and more.
