The courses at Las Campanas are private and you must be a Las Campanas golf member to play. Golf season is here. The courses are in fantastic shape and well ahead of schedule. The fairways are green, the putting surfaces are in mid-season form and the weather has been fantastic. You have every excuse you need to return to Santa Fe early this coming season and I strongly urge you to consider it.
I wanted to take an opportunity to remind you of a few key events we are hosting over the next three weeks at Las campanas…please mark your calendars.
Wednesday April 30th– Meet the Coaches from UNM Join us for a sponsored happy hour and Hors D’hoeurves sponsored by UNM. Basketball Coach Craig Neal, Football Coach Bob Davie, Golf Coach Glen Millican, and Athletic Director Paul Krebs will be on hand to shake hands and to talk about their perspective programs. May 15th– Cinco de Mayo Golf “Fiesta” Celebrate The Club’s new beginning on May 5th, when we hold our annual kickoff tournament. A scramble format with a few twists, it’s a great way to get the season started and to catch up with your fellow members. It’s a 10:00 a.m. Shotgun Start. Awards, appetizers and members bar following play.
May 14th– Guest Day Designed with the idea of members introducing friends and colleagues to The Club, Guest Day allows each member complimentary greens fees for up to three guests. We encourage you to invite guests who haven’t experienced Las Campanas or who may be inspired to join.
May 17th– TaylorMade Demo Day Don’t miss out on our first demo day of the season, it will be a big one. We’ll have ALL of the latest and greatest on hand from TaylorMade including a new line of drivers and irons that launch next week. Don’t miss out!
Locker and Club Storage Billing Just a reminder that members currently using Locker and Club Storage here at The Club will be billed those appropriate fees on April 30th. If you are not currently utilizing either service and would like to do so contact the Professional Staff.
