I hope you had a chance to watch the PGA Championship this past weekend, it made me so proud to be a PGA member and to be associated with our great game. The sportsmanship Keegan Bradley displayed by waiting on 18 to embrace Jason Dufner only happens in golf. Tradition is a wonderful thing. There is an increasing amount of energy and excitement throughout the game of golf and here at The Club at Las campanas; there is much to look forward to heading into the Fall…
On this note, I wanted to remind you of a few events we have scheduled at The Club at Las Campanas, we hope you’ll join us for a few….

In addition, we will be holding our Couples Invitational September 6th-8th. Traditionally our Couples Member Guest, we changed the format this year so that groups of four members could compete for the Championship. The formats are fun and friendly, and we hope that this event becomes a staple of our event calendar. Details are as follows:
September 6th
Practice rounds throughout the day
5:00 p.m.- Welcoming Mixer/Cocktail Party
September 7th
7:30a.m.- Breakfast
9:00 a.m.- Shotgun Start
1:00p.m.- Lunch
September 8th
7:30a.m.- Breakfast
9:00a.m.- Shotgun Start
1:00p.m.- Lunch and Awards
The format includes a Las Vegas Scramble on the front nine both days…and a count one low net score on the Par 5’s and two low net scores on the Par 3’s and 4’s for the back nine both days.
