Las Campanas Food And Beverage Update

 

Dear Member, Please allow me to make a slight clarification – we will be open for dinner on Tuesday nights through December from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., so you can come to the Lounge or the Mixed Grill for any of your favorite sandwiches, salads or entrees. Chef Andrew may have made your choices that much more difficult by adding more delicious seasonal fare. Pacific Grouper in Miso Broth, Apple Cider Brined Pork Chop, Hearty Wild Mushroom Risotto and more are currently destined towards the menu this week.

Let’s talk about Brunch. Sunday Brunch at The Club at Las Campanas may be the best kept secret in Santa Fe. Open at 10:00 a.m., we have offerings like House Smoked Wild Salmon with New York Style Toasted Bagel, fluffy yet creamy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Corned Beef Hash with Poached Eggs – was there ever a better way to start a Sunday?  And starting this week – Southern Style Shrimp & Grits!

Those are just a few ala carte suggestions. ‘Tis the Season, so don’t forget to make reservations for our upcoming events, like our Holiday High Tea on December 19th or our Eve of the Eve dinner party on December 23rd, all leading up to our sensational New Year’s Eve Party featuring the return of Groove City!
