Las Campanas Community Fund Grants $21,000 to Area Nonprofits
Las Campanas Community Fund has just announced the names of the area nonprofits to receive grants from the organization’s Fund, which has been making yearly grants since the Fund’s inception in 2001. This year’s grant recipients will each receive grants of $3,000 each: The Food Depot, Kitchen Angels, Assistance Dogs of the West, La Familia Medical Clinic, Interfaith Shelter, Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society, and Santa Fe Trauma Treatment Center. Earlier in 2010, the Las Campanas Community Fund granted $4,000 to local organizations specifically for animal welfare issues, and gave $5,000 in Pinon Awards to this year’s winners. Since 2004, the Las Campanas Community Fund has granted more than $300,000 to Santa Fe nonprofits.
