Weather permitting, on Thursday, March 29, and Friday, March 30, a test marker balloon will be installed near the Club Fitness & Tennis Center. This balloon will be red and will be flown at a height of about 65 feet.
This experiment is part of efforts by AT&T to determine the feasibility for improved cell phone service to the Las Campanas area.

These sites, by their nature, require height to ensure better cell phone coverage. This is only the first step in the overall design process. The final design of any installation will be done in a manner to mitigate the visual impact to the maximum extent possible. Your feedback is appreciated.
