Las Campanas Announces New Director of Golf

The Board of Directors at Las Campanas is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of our search for a new Director of Golf. Brad Lardon has a accepted the position and will arrive full time on the job on July 1, 2016. We wish to thank the selection committee for their hard work and careful consideration and all the members who participated in the search process through interviews, reference checks, referrals and recommendations about the process.

Brad has a long and distinguished career as a PGA tour member and competed in five major PGA Championships. He has a high profile record as an instructor and has successfully managed the golf operations at several notable private clubs, the most recent of which is Miramont in Texas. He has a proven track record of being a mentor and advocate for his understudies and can point to a long list of PGA professionals who owe their start and their advancement in the PGA to Brad.

We are especially enthusiastic about the team that has been assembled to refocus our golf operation. Our new General Mananger, Al Antonez, Kyle Capps our Head Professional, Tom Egelhoff our Director of Agronomy and now Brad Lardon, working together, will focus on elevating the level of golf and the quality of our courses at Las Campanas. Our expectation is that this team, with the support of our members, will be able to secure our Club’s rightful place as one of, if not the, premier private Clubs in the Southwest.

Please welcome Brad Lardon.
