Changes At The Equestrian Center

Dear Members:

The Las Campanas Board of Directors and Management are committed to the ongoing success of the Las Campanas Equestrian Center which we see as a vital part of the world class amenities offered at The Club at Las Campanas. Member satisfaction with the Equestrian Center and its programming is critically important if we are to grow and improve the operations in this part of The Club at Las Campanas.

We have decided to make a change in the leadership at the Las Campanas Equestrian Center. Effective immediately, Thom Pollard has stepped down as Director. Until a new Director has been identified and is on board, I will be assuming responsibilities for operations at the Las Campanas Equestrian Center. I will be at the EC two full days per week and will conduct daily tours of the facilities with staff.

I have met with all of the Las Campanas Equestrian Center staff to insure a smooth transition and establish goals over the next few months. The principal goals that have been identified are:

•    Overall care of the horses will continue to be our focus and our top priority
•    Increased participation in programming
•    Improvements in facility maintenance and housekeeping
•    Increase member satisfaction and the “fun factor” at the barn

I look forward to the support of the Las Campanas membership over the next few months. As mentioned earlier, we are committed to the long term viability and success of the Las Campanas Equestrian Center. I know many of you will have suggestions – please feel free to call me at 995.3604 or email me at dloan@clublc.com. I will be working closely with the new Las Campanas Equestrian Committee and the membership to insure that we see noticeable improvements at the Las Campanas Equestrian Center.

Sincerely,

David Loan, CCM
General Manager/Chief Operating Officer
