Chef Mark Kisler, executive chef of The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, was born in Vienna and brings a European’s sense of moderation to all his innovative dishes. He has built an award-winning carrier working at esteemed properties known for their culinary prowess, such as Chasen’s in Beverly Hills, Barnaby Hotel in Manhattan Beach, Beau Rivage, and La Loggia.
