Mortgage rates dropped ever so slightly last week. There are now differing opinions as to whether 30-yr rates will drop below 4% or bounce back up to mid-to- high 4’s.
Mortgage rates are hovering near their lows for the past year, and now is a great time to be shopping for a mortgage, but the bond market is deteriorating as I’m putting these rates together, so expect upward pressure on rates today.
