It’s an exciting week here at the Club at Las Campanas with our Showdown, Men’s Member Guest being played Wednesday, August 17 through the 20th. In addition to the golf, we have a fabulous party planned for Saturday night. Whether you are joining us for the golf or not, we hope you will make it out on Saturday night. The Showdown Dinner Dance is open to all members this year and will include a tantalizing array of dining options from Chef Nick as well as foot stomping roots and blues music from the legendary Johnny Nicholas, previously of Asleep at the Wheel.

The Las Campanas Community Fund will host its Fifth Annual “Cars of Las Campanas” show on September 1 at the Club. Once again, we will feature the interesting, funky, downright sublime cars that Las Campanas Club Members drive.

INFO THAT HITS US WHERE WE LIVE … A couple of weeks ago, the majority of British voters echoed the movie mogul’s famous malapropism in their message to the European Union. After this Brexit (British exit) vote, we’ve seen dramatic ups and downs in the financial markets, but the economic sky has not fallen as was predicted by Chicken Littles here and in the U.K.
A great way for Las Campanas members to unwind after a busy day – a sunset trail ride followed by dinner at the Log Cabin at Las Campanas. The ride departs at 5:30 p.m.
