Update From Las Campanas

Attention Las Campanas Members- Renovations Begin at the Clubhouse this Weekend

Saturday, January 28th: Work will begin this weekend refurbishing the Hacienda Reception area and the long hallway near the restrooms. The initial phase will include new plaster walls and during the process walls will be sectioned off with tarps to minimize dust and disruption. The contractor expects to complete most of the work during the shutdown period and we will keep you apprised of the progress.

The Mortgage Bankers Association’s Weekly Applications Survey for the week ending January 6 had purchase applications up 6% over the week before. It also showed national average 30-year mortgage rates down for the second week in a row, just like in Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey, covered below.
