Dear Las Campanas Owners,
With the recent record cold temperatures in Santa Fe and even colder temperatures being forecast for the next several days, local plumbers are recommending that owners try to keep their indoor water lines as warm as possible.
There have been several frozen and broken water pipes reported in Las Campanas during the recent cold weather.
Some suggestions for safeguarding your home while away:
1) Leave the heat on in your home.
2) Have someone check the inside of your home while away.
3) Check pipes in the home and garage to make sure they are not exposed to the elements.
