We have had a great few weeks at The Club at Las Campanas. The courses are in great shape, our recentLas Campanas Club events have been extremely successful, and the Trans-Miss Championship, which concludes this afternoon, has showcased Las Campanas from every standpoint. With 130 players, its been a great event by any measure; the positive feedback from the players and the Trans-Miss staff has been overwhelming.
Heading into the final weeks of the season, I wanted to make sure you were aware of what we have planned at The Club at Las Campanas.

Congratulations are in Order
Please join me in congratulating former Club Champion, State High School Champion and USGA US Amateur qualifier (wow that’s a lot of good golf) Ben Albin on his decision to play college golf at Notre Dame, beginning in the Fall of 2015. Go Ben and Go Irish!
Aerification Reminder
Please note that Sunset will be closed September 15th through the 18th…and Sunrise will be closed September 22nd through the 25th for aerification. The Agronomy team will be pulling cores on the greens and aerifying tees and fairways; recovery time will depend on the weather. If you have any questions, contact Director of Agronomy, Tom Egelhoff at tegelhoff@clublc.com.
Thank You
Thank you for your help in adhering to our cart traffic guidelines. The removal of the ropes and posts have enhanced the courses aesthetics. As a reminder:
Carts are never allowed in the desert, arroyos (except #16 SS), or walking paths. No exceptions.
Once carts enter the fairway, should remain in the fairway until exiting.
The exit point must be prior to the small wooden post positioned adjacent to the cart path.
Carts should not pass the posts during play of a hole unless designated by the golf shop
The best golf of the season is here, I hope to see you at The Club soon. If there is anything we can do for you please let us know.
With best wishes,
Jason Epstein, PGA
