On November 2nd through the 4th, Newton and Reagan Coker’s horses “Candido” and “Coconut” and Carly Graf’s horse “Laramie” exhibited at the Beach Party Take Two Horse Show in Albuquerque. This show, recognized by both the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the New Mexico Hunter Jumper Association (NMHJA), was one of the largest and most prestigious shows in the New Mexico area.
It would be difficult to to have a much more successful horse show. Of the three horses competing, Laramie was Champion, Coconut was Reserve Champion and Candido one won a ribbon in every class. More importantly, all three came home performing better and the riders had good learning experiences and a lot of fun. The big end-of-the-show question was, “When’s the next one?” Congratulations to riders Stephanie Nagler (Laramie) and Esther Coker (Coconut and Candido)! All the horses and riders were trained and coached by Thom Pollard. |
