In order to provide Las Campanas members with more specific information about membership opportunities being discussed for 2013, the Membership Town Hall meeting is rescheduled from October 30 to December 17. The new date was chosen to accommodate the Las Campanas Board’s Annual Strategic Planning Retreat and also because more of our non-resident Las Campanas members will be in town for the holidays and able to attend at that time.
The Board’s annual Strategic Planning Retreat is scheduled for November 12 and 13. The retreat will focus on membership development and will be an opportunity for the Board to thoroughly consider and endorse the ideas and initiatives which will then be presented at the Membership Town Hall. We are very excited to present these ideas and anticipate a productive discussion.
We believe that holding multiple meetings at Las Campanas and limiting the size of each will provide a more personal setting and facilitate a better exchange among the participants. Three meetings have been scheduled for December 17 — 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 5 p.m. Attendance at each will be limited to 50 members and RSVPs are required. If demand exceeds current planned capacity, we will add additional meetings. Please RSVP to the Las Campanas concierge by calling 505-995-3500.
The presentation from the Membership Town Hall will be posted on the members’ website immediately following the final meeting.
