The season at Las Campanas officially starts this weekend, and we’ve been busily preparing for it. Chef Andrew and our culinary crew have some fantastic new menus in place in the Mixed Grill & Torreon at the Las Campanas Clubhouse. The Wild Halibut with Lemon Risotto and Peas Shoot Salad is a classic, and the grilled Ribeye Ban Mi sandwich is a spicy lunchtime delight. Our daily dinner specials continue to emphasize the super fresh and the seasonal – look for them on the website – we post them every morning. They are so good, in fact, that this season we’ve added a day to enjoy them – that’s right, the Mixed Grill and the ever popular Lounge will be open six days a week, from Tuesday through Sunday.
We don’t want you to have to cook on Mondays, either, so Monday, June 4, will see the return of “Hot Coals” at the Log Cabin from 5:30-8:30 pm. It will be an old fashioned cookout with some new Las Campanas twists , and the menu will change each week– come try it!
On Saturday, May 26, the Café’ at the Spa will re-open seven days each week. Come savor a delicious burger, or one of the new healthy salads that Andrew has created. It’s a perfect repast after a swim or a game of tennis.
The summer will be full of special dining events as well. In just the next few weeks we have the Memorial Day Cookout at the Café” (May 28) Cooking Class with Chef Andrew (June 12) Winery Dinner with Ramey Vineyards (June 21) and Musical Soirée with Doug Montgomery (June 27). All of this leading up to a fabulous July 4th celebration at Las Campanas with musical headliner Kent Blazy – direct from Nashville!
As you can see, there are lots of reasons to visit your Club at Las Campanas – why not come for lots of them?
