Chef Fernando Olea invokes the mystery of fine Mexican cuisine influenced by the Aztecs and he is renowned for his mole – a thick, saucy blend of toasted and ground spices, seeds, nuts, chocolate, and chile. The sounds of Spanish guitarist Ramon Bermudez will accompany this sumptuous meal and the walls of the Event Room and Library at Las Campanas will be decorated with art from Chef Fernando’s personal collection of art.
